Why We Do What We Do:

Business ownership can be one of the most rewarding things in life, but it can also be one of the most challenging.  Many organizations offer training or resources to assist businesses but they often do not offer the follow up needed to get the results.  Denise Kirk-Murray, founder and President of Growth Success, has worked extensively with business owners, bankers and professionals, and is a business owner herself.  As a result, she saw the need to assist small business owners by offering high quality, comprehensive business services.  We offer a full range of services and products for those starting and growing a business.

About Our President:

Denise Kirk-Murray is the founder and President of Growth Success.  She has over 20 years experience as a business owner, finance professional, consultant and business coach, franchise owner, instructor, and public speaker. Denise is an expert in working with business owners to grow their businesses.  She spent several years working in the banking industry on small business issues.  Denise was also the Director of Finance for an economic development corporation where she managed small business loan funds and participated in the development and was an instructor for the entrepreneur training program. 

Denise was an instructor at St. John's University where she taught business courses including "Increase Your Business Through Client Referrals" and "How to Run a Successful Homebased Business."  Her articles have been featured in numerous publications.  She frequently speaks on small business and banking issues. 

Denise has a BS and MBA in Finance from St. John's University.  She is a graduate of the Coach U, the leading provider of coach training programs.  Denise created and hosts the Coach U Business Coaching Special Interest Group (SIG), an international monthly forum that increases the effectiveness of business coaches worldwide. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the International Association of Coaches.
